Return & replacement policy

We are pleased to provide you with the best service through our website.
Products can be exchanged and returned within a maximum of 3 days from the customer’s receipt of the product, provided that:
1. It must be in its original condition.
2. That all accessories of the product be intact and complete inside the box.
3. The cost of the return will be borne by the client
4. The store is obligated to return the commodity with a refund, exchange or repair for free in the case that a flaw is found in it.
5. If a refund is given, the money will be sent via bank transfer.

Replacement steps

1. Send a picture or video of the product showing the problem, and a customer service representative will contact you to make a request to issue a policy within 48 hours.
